years of experience negotiating tax credits and incentives for clients
nationally .
Our founder
and president, Mr. Bruce Ryals, has over fifteen years of tax credit and incentive
work experience. Tax Credit Management has negotiated incentives and tax credits for
owner/developers and big box retailers. We have negotiated hundreds of millions in tax credits and
incentives for clients in 48 states.
Tax Credit Management is one of the few companies that
negotiates both tax
credits and site incentives for their clients. Tax Credit Management's staff,
agents, and representatives are constantly in the pursuit of satisfying their
clients. Most of Tax Credit Management's work is done by research, paperwork,
and persuasive telephone conferences, though we also travel as much as needed on
