The Situation:
Our client, a growing retail company, wanted to expand into North Carolina. The
project costs for developing this new site were budgeted at $12 million.
Approach:
TCM worked with the client to identify problem areas in the development of the
site. Researching options for funding resulted in a Community Development Bloc
Grant to be used to help fund infrastructure work.
Results:
The client received $500 thousand to pay for underground boring required for
water lines to the site.
